Mulher em Construção debunks traditional conceptions of women in the workplace by training low-income women in specialised civil construction skills such as masonry, tile-laying, painting and plumbing. The technical training is paired with gender empowerment workshops and industry engagement, enabling the graduates to secure safe and highly-skilled employment in a male-dominated industry.
