Associação Rede de Mulheres Produtoras do Pajeú (Pajeú Network of Women Workers, Pajeú) works with women to diversify their income streams beyond agriculture through microfinance, technical and marketing skills training, and networking. This income diversification stabilises livelihoods especially when droughts reduce agricultural yields.
